Advance payments are non-refundable once work has started.
Payments made for advertisements, domains, hosting, software, WhatsApp services, Bulk SMS, voice-call credits or other third-party services are non-refundable.
If a service has not been delivered according to the approved agreement, the client must submit a written complaint within 10 business days.
Users and clients agree to:
Provide true, accurate and complete information.
Use our website and services only for lawful business purposes.
Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials.
Provide timely content, feedback and approvals.
Pay all agreed charges and applicable taxes.
Follow applicable laws and platform policies.
We may suspend or refuse service if false information, non-payment, misuse or unlawful activity is identified.
Clients are responsible for all content, databases and instructions supplied to us.
Our services must not be used for:
Spam or unsolicited communication;
Fraudulent or misleading advertisements;
Abusive, adult, discriminatory or illegal content;
Impersonation or false identities;
Gambling, betting or prohibited activities;
Content that violates copyright, trademarks or privacy rights; or
Viruses, malware or harmful software.
We may reject, pause or cancel any campaign that appears unlawful, harmful or non-compliant.
Clients must obtain appropriate recipient consent before sending promotional messages or calls.
Clients are responsible for compliance with TRAI regulations, DND preferences, DLT requirements, data-protection laws and applicable platform policies.
Message and call delivery depends on telecom networks, recipient devices, platform availability and other technical conditions. We do not guarantee successful delivery to every recipient.
We do not guarantee a fixed number of leads, sales, conversions, website visitors or search-engine rankings.
Results depend on factors including budget, competition, audience behaviour, market conditions, platform policies and the client’s product or service.
Advertising spend is separate from our service or campaign-management fees.
Website timelines begin after receiving the advance payment, content, images and required approvals.
Domains, hosting, premium themes, plugins, maintenance and third-party integrations may be charged separately unless included in the quotation.
We are not responsible for problems caused by hosting providers, expired subscriptions, third-party software, unauthorized access or changes made by another service provider.
Payment terms will be mentioned in the quotation or invoice.
Advance payment may be required before work begins.
Payments may be made through bank transfer, UPI, debit card or credit card.
Services may be suspended if payments become overdue.
Additional work outside the approved scope will be charged separately.
GST and other applicable taxes may be added to the invoice.
Final deliverables may be withheld until full payment is received.
All website content, logos, graphics, text and original materials belonging to Riddhi Digital Marketing Services are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Ownership of final client deliverables will transfer after full payment. Unused concepts, templates, working files, software and licensed assets remain the property of Riddhi Digital Marketing Services or their respective owners.
We may use platforms such as Google, Meta, WhatsApp, hosting providers and payment processors.
We are not responsible for their policy changes, pricing changes, account restrictions, advertisement rejection, downtime or technical interruptions.
Riddhi Digital Marketing Services will not be responsible for indirect losses, including loss of revenue, data, reputation or business opportunities.
Our maximum liability will not exceed the professional fee paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, subject to applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will become effective when published on the website.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
